Food poisoning has became critical and 200 people have been sick and 3 have dies. They have discovered that pigs from a farm in california have spread e coli from cow manure, then getting into the spinach.  Americans are consuming more produce and half of out nations produce come from californa and arizona farms. Our nations has required a new health issue to be put in place to make safer foods for consumers.  Its not only the farmers and how they distribute the food but is the manufactoring companies and also the businesses who are selling and preparing our foods who are at fault for food poisoning.  Greater federal regulations will also increase the cost of producing fruit and vegtables.

         I think that we need to crack down on the health care issue. When someone walks into the county market and want to but some fruit, they expect that is will be healthy and stored right up till purchasing. If they fould out that is was bad fruit or vegtables, then they wouldnt but it and the market wouldnt make any money. Americans getting sick over the food they eat is rediculious.

BP lifts cost for spill, denting quarterly profit

Some break in the oil spill in the gulf of mexico. BP's oil spill is estimated at about 40 billion. That may seem high but was well doubled that at one point. As of now a lower tax rate as come. BP is the worlds largest non- goverment controlled oil company by production last year. BP has gone down 63 percent. Most rival benefited more from the 12 percent rise on crude oil.

          THis whole deal with the oil in the gulf, im getting sick of it. That one guy who invented that stuff you pore in the ocean that groups it all together. They should have bought that instead of tryin toi clean it up themselves. They have wasted so much time, money, animal and ocean creatures lives. If i remember right, the first oil line broke because they were being cheap and didnt fix a pressure seal when they discover the broken pieces. They should be pay for our taxes goin up. fixing the birds and wildlife covered in oil. all the charter boats that had to go out of business because they weren't allowed to set sail to harvest fish, crabs, or any other trapping or netting species.

Series of parcel bombs targets Athens embassies

Bombs exploded on the swiss and Russian embassies and local police officers descovered suspicious packages outside of parliment. No injusries of damages were reported from tuesday's five small explosions. the police believe that the far left domistic group may be responsible. The police gave word that the bombs discovered were not powerful. Police have discovered packages going to china as well that may be mysterious. a package also exploded at the russian embassy but no reports of injuries.

        to me, this is pretty dumb. if someone really wants to kill so many people he is willing to bomb, then he must have had a bad experience or someone made him do it. Maybe they can try something so more people dont get hurt or better bomb detecting stations where the packages come in. Maybe more people working in the mailing department would help too.

Money

The constitiution has the power to grant federal funding, but also they need to spend wisely. The POWER OF THE PURSE is the ability to control and manipulate the actions groups. According to executive branches, the presedent has better conrols and know's what to do rather than the congress to caarry out military actions. Obama has declared the combat operations in Iraq to be ended. We are1.09 trillion dollrs in debt. and it seems impossible to get out. My idea is instead of spending the war on trying to make the world a better place, why dont we help ourselves out. There are millions of homeless and families who lost loved one in the war and families still from 9/11 and Katrina. i know iraq had soem trouble and we got it almost fixed but we have spent way too much money and way to much time there. we need to get out and fix america.



Another war that would benfit the united states if we pulled out of the war with the middle east, is that we would have better medicare because i know some dont have medicare and some have very slim. Social security is big in all states because if we didnt, we could not survive the way we do now.

at Kraft cookie plant

In Philadelphia, a woman was freed from her job and then later, she returned with a hand gun and opened fire on 3 people and 2 are dead. The third one is in critical condition . The woman's name was Yvonne Hiller. The company Kraft will not announce why hiller was suspended from work. The shooting occurred shortly after 8:30 pm. The shooting occurred at the nation's largest food manufacturer of cookies and crackers.

                  this is really random in my opinion. if i was suspended from my job, i would not ever go on a killing spree. She should be locked up for her life. she should have to work to pay the families and husband or wife lost. she can never replace what she did to the families. If they have kids, the children will never get them back all because of one lady got pissed and took out her anger with a gun. I don't know why the company Kraft wont release why she got suspend is pointless in my book. people know she shot people and they wont think any worse of her, so might as well release it. in my eyes, company and federal laws make way to big of a deal about privacy and what not. i can see if it was embarrassing or could harm people but i bet money that she just showed up late to work or mad some of her fellow co-workers mad or something to her boss.
